Active tenants count toward the capacity you choose. Inactive and historical records stay accessible without using capacity. Calculate your price.
Do tenants and vendors pay for access?
No. Their portal access is included through your landlord subscription at no extra charge.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Plans renew until cancelled. Access continues through your paid monthly or annual term. Account access and retention follow the Terms of Service.
