Added an owner portal: property owners get their own read-only sign-in scoped to the properties assigned to them.
Owner dashboard shows monthly rent, maintenance, and net cash summaries for assigned properties, plus recent recorded distributions.
Added a downloadable monthly owner summary (CSV) that intentionally excludes tenant contact details.
Landlords can share selected compliance reminders to the owner portal with per-item visibility controls.
