Public website versus secure app
The public website is a marketing and product information surface. It does not collect card numbers, host payment forms, store tenant records, store lease files, or manage private dashboard records.
When a visitor starts an account, logs in, chooses a plan, or manages rental records, that work happens on the secure Rentals369 app host.
Account access
Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials private, using accurate account information, and limiting access to people who are allowed to manage their rental records.
Users should sign out on shared devices and contact Rentals369 if they believe an account or invitation was accessed by the wrong person.
Payment and billing boundary
The public website may link to pricing, but payment method setup, subscription setup, and billing workflows happen through the secure app and its payment flow.
Rentals369 does not ask visitors to enter card details into the public Landing Page A website.
Private rental records
Rental records can include properties, units, tenants, leases, repair requests, notices, documents, photos, vendor details, and dashboard activity. These records should be added only by authorized users and only when the user has the right to manage them.
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and handling of the rental information and files they add.
Tenant and vendor portals
Tenant and vendor portal access should be used only for the rental relationship or repair workflow it was created for. Customers should review invite details before sending access and remove or update access when a person no longer needs it.
Security questions
For security questions, suspected account access issues, or requests about the public and private app boundary, contact Rentals369 through the public contact page.
