This agreement describes the limited right to use Rentals369, the responsibilities that come with an account, and the optional QuickBooks Online integration boundary.

Subject to this agreement and any applicable subscription terms, Rentals369 grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Rentals369 app for rental property management workflows.
This agreement does not transfer ownership of Rentals369 software, design, content, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Rentals369 or the applicable rights holder.
You are responsible for account activity, keeping login credentials private, and making sure each user has permission to access the rental, business, tenant, vendor, billing, and accounting information they use in Rentals369.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to use the service only for lawful rental operations and related business administration.
You remain responsible for the properties, units, tenants, vendors, leases, notices, rent records, repair details, documents, photos, messages, accounting information, and other content you add or connect to Rentals369.
Do not upload, enter, sync, or share content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, unauthorized, improperly obtained, or unrelated to an account you are allowed to manage.
Pricing may be shown on the public website. Subscription setup, payment method setup, cancellation, and billing workflows happen in the secure Rentals369 app and its payment flow.
Your access to paid features, including optional add-ons such as QuickBooks sync, may depend on account status, subscription status, available quantities, and feature availability.
QuickBooks Online sync is optional and starts only when an authorized user connects a QuickBooks company to Rentals369 through the app. By connecting QuickBooks, you authorize Rentals369 to access and use the connected QuickBooks data needed to provide the integration.
Connected data may be used to validate the connected company, map accounting records, create or match supported records, receive webhook event metadata, show sync status, support reconnect/disconnect workflows, and troubleshoot sync issues.
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit, not Rentals369. Payment services, analytics services, hosting providers, and other third-party services may also support Rentals369 workflows.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by those providers' own terms and privacy notices. Rentals369 is not endorsed by Intuit, and Rentals369 does not process QuickBooks user data on Intuit's behalf.
You can disconnect QuickBooks from inside Rentals369 or revoke app access through QuickBooks/Intuit controls. Disconnecting stops future authorized sync for that connection.
Disconnecting may remove or detach operational connection-owned integration data while Rentals369 may keep account history, support records, sync history, billing records, legal records, or security records where needed to operate and protect the service.
Rentals369 helps organize rental operations. It is not a law firm, accountant, tax advisor, financial advisor, insurance advisor, or property manager.
You are responsible for decisions about leases, notices, rent, repairs, tenant communication, legal obligations, taxes, accounting, insurance, and property management responsibilities.
Do not misuse Rentals369, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected software, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate another person's privacy, property, or legal rights.
Rentals369 may limit, suspend, or end access when needed to protect the service, users, connected accounts, or legal rights.
Rentals369 may update product features, public website content, pricing presentation, account flows, integration behavior, and this agreement over time.
Rentals369 works to keep the service useful and available, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. Third-party service changes may also affect connected workflows.
